Easy & Quick Avocado sushi bites

Sushi is the most popular Asian cuisine on the planet. Everyone loves it, I love it. When I need something healthy and quick light snack, I will go with this recipe, this one is straightforward and only take less than five minutes to make it. Perfect for mid-summer lunch.

Ingredients
4 ripe avocadoes 
1/2 cup prepared sushi rice
1Tbsp chopped beetroot 
1 tsp chili flakes
1Tbsp sesame seeds
 soy sauce for the serving 
1Tbsp ginger juice -optional
Directions
  • Add the beetroot into the rice bowl then pour ginger juice over the rice and stir to combine.
  • Slice the avocadoes into thick circles, remove the peel carefully, fill the holes with the rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili flakes
  • Serve with soy sauce and wasabi if you like
