easy and quick summer smoothie!
I can guarantee that your kids are going to love this banana and pineapple smoothie recipe. Bananas are pack in potassium, magnesium, and vitamin C.I can’t get enough with pineapples in the summer. It’s so refreshing and has an excellent topical taste. Pineapples are pack with vitamin C.This will heal the inside out in the summer.
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
3 dates
1 1/2 cups pineapple-cut into cubes
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups almond milk
Directions
- Peel the banana and cut into regular chunks then add into a high-speed blender.
- Remove the pits from dates and place in the blender with all other ingredients then turn the mixer on and blend about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite mug and garnish with some berries.
