Toast with spicy hummus and walnuts


Easy and quick healthy breakfast 

Ingredients

Homemade bread (bread o your choice)

Spicy Hummus-for the spread 
1 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed 
Walnuts for the topping

For the apple juice
2 apples
1 tablespoon sliced ginger    
Directions
  • Spread the hummus onto the toast then sprinkle the flaxseed, walnuts, and Oregano. 
  • Add some fruits of your choice.
  • homemade apple juice -cut the apples into slices, no need to peel the apples or ginger and add to the juicer.

Enjoy!
